Butterflied Whole Fish & King Prawns Basted in TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce & Melted Butter

You will need

(serves 4)

125ml TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce

125ml melted butter

8 Butterflied King prawns

1 large fish, butterflied

(I used one silver this is enough for 4 people depending on the size of the fish)

In a small bowl combine the TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce & melted butter

Baste the fish and prawns with the TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce & melted butter

Grill in the oven @ 200 C for approx.. 20 minutes. The fish might take a little longer than the prawns depending on the size of your fish.
