Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Dipping Board

SERVES 6-8 AS A SNACK. MADE FOR SHARING

INGREDIENTS

Cheesecake Dip

250g / 1 cup smooth cottage cheese

1 Tbsp Icing sugar or sweeten to taste

¼ cup / 60g sour cream

1 lemon, zest, and juice

2 tsp vanilla paste

Serve with

A handful pistachios, chopped

1 punnet strawberries, rinsed and cut in half

1 pineapple, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces

A bunch of grapes

A handful of almonds

1 -2 x 85g Trigz Kettle Crunch or rice cakes

DIRECTIONS

1.     For the Cheesecake dip, combine ingredients with a whisk in a mixing bowl.  Sprinkle the pistachios on top.

2.     Serve with strawberries, pineapple, grapes, almonds & Trigz Kettle Crunch or rice cakes
